In LC TECH we are committed to the growth of the country and energy industry through the training and development of our personnel.

This commitment led us to participate in the construction project of "Cogeneración San Lorenzo", a combined cycle thermal power plant that belongs to Central Puerto SA, by taking over the engineering, construction and commissioning of the instrumentation and control system.

The project consists of the construction of a combined-cycle thermal power plant composed by a gas-powered turbine of 215 MW and a steam turbine of 110 MW.

This combination will allow to deliver a total power of 330 MW through a 500 KV line to the city of Coronda, exporting steam for domestic consumption to the neighboring Terminal 6 plant through two lines with pressures of 370 tons/hour and 110 tons/hour, respectively.

We have contributed to the achievement of the first fundamental milestone of the project that is making operational the gas turbine and achieve what is commonly known as “first fire”.

In short time, all the efforts put in this project will be transformed into electric power when the first stage of the project is completed, and the first turbine powered by both gas and Fuel Oil is permanently operational.

The second stage that is currently in progress will allow to put in operation the steam turbine and combined cycle, concluding the project with the export of steam to Terminal 6.

We are getting closer and closer to the completion of the project but always with the same enthusiasm and the same illusions, always putting our values of responsibility, excellence, collaboration, and trust first.

For us, this is a stage that will soon be overcome, but not our dreams of permanent improvement... So, LC TECH, let's go for more!!!!
