Tunuyán. Migration of the distributed control system within manufacturing area

Reference: Migrating from DCS System Six to PCS7.
LC Tech supplied development, manufacturing, programming, installation and commissioning of a new Process Control System for the production process of natural mineral spring water based on Siemens PCS7.
The project migrated the obsolete System Six to the new Siemens PCS 7 DCS with greater control and diagnostic capabilities that added value to the customer's operation.
Tres Arroyos Malting Plant. Control System enlargement for Cogeneration

The project included the incorporation of 1 redundant ControlLogix processor control node with Profibus DP inputs/outputs to include the control of 2 motor-generators interconnected to the public grid and modification of the dryers control based on the reuse of exhaust gases.

Supply of control engineering and commissioning of the ABB Symphony DCI distributed control system, dedicated to the control of brewing processes. It includes the areas of: reception, grinding, brewing, fermentation, filtration, machine room, reverse osmosis, dangerous products. It has redundant control networks and simple visualization. The system has 13,500 IO points and 15 different processors.
